We exist to make the power of the woman athlete even greater and elevate organizations that encourage the values women athletes represent - diversity, perseverance and respect to name a few.

When women athletes and these organizations team up, they’re bound to do cool things together. Our hope is that The Pivot can make these cool things happen more frequently and easily. In the same way that we pivot while on the soccer field or basketball court, we envision our platform as a tool that members of our community can use to explore new opportunities while remaining firmly planted in the values they hold most sacred.

I’m Kristina and I’m the founder of The Pivot. I played soccer at Harvard and then went on to work at Google and Major League Soccer before entering business school at Stanford. I started The Pivot because I believe in the woman athlete and the value that they bring on and off the field.
